6) Photos & testimonials

Unless your Service Agreement states otherwise, you grant us a non-exclusive right to photograph work we perform and use non-identifying images and testimonials for portfolio and marketing. We will not publicly share your home address.

7) Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and other content on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our consent.

9) Warranties & disclaimers
